We are delighted to announce that Ron Pedemonte will join BluWin Limited as the Vice President with effect from January 1, 2024. Ron will succeed the leadership role previously held by Omar Orrego, who passed away in October.
Prior to joining BluWin, Ron was the Regional Vice President for DyStar Americas region. He has been working closely with Brands and Retailers in the textile dye and chemicals sectors as well as leading our Color Solutions program for the global textile supply chain.
Ron brings forth both depth of experience and forward-thinking vision to lead BluWin into the next chapter. As an industry veteran with over three decades of leadership spanning across business development, sales, commercial marketing, and management, he will lead the dynamic organisation to embrace new opportunities, overcome challenges, and to achieve greater heights. In addition, his forte in Research and Development (R&D), holding over 30 patents to his name, will add value to BluWin’s future developments.
As we leverage on his expertise spanning from the inception of products to the execution of commercial strategies, BluWin will continue to solidify our market position and accelerate growth opportunities.
Academically, Ron is a chemist by training. He obtained his Chemistry degree from the University of Connecticut and furthered his post-graduate studies in 1991 on Organic Chemistry and graduated with a PhD degree. He also received his Executive MBA in 2004 from the University of North Carolina Kenan Flagler Business School.
